The Canons of Dordt (often referred to today as the “Five Points of Calvinism”) are expounded and explained by R. Scott Clark in an edition of Tabletalk Magazine from 2008:
Everyone knows the acronym TULIP, but not everyone knows where this acronym comes from. The Canons of Dordt are among the most famous but unread deliverances of any Reformed Synod. The canons are more than five letters. The canons teach a pastoral doctrine of grace and provide a model for the stewardship of the Gospel.

Wow, I just watched that trailer, and glanced at the comments below. How saddening that in a country with so much “religious” saturation, people are so lost and confused. It is one thing to know Truth, and reject it, quite another to have never heard or seen the Truth. We need to share the Good News of Christ with everyone… don’t assume that people understand it, not even professing Christians. I also notice a horrile tendency with Christians to not share the Gospel with Catholics. They are not the same, the are not saved. They are lost. Please reach out to your Catholic friends and family. They are the weary with heavy burdens that Christ talked about. All humans search for the rest that only Christ can give, whether or not they even know it.
